A paid commercial license is a different contract; check the current fee and terms on the AIMI commercial-use page. Every case has at least one metastasis. TCIA hosts the CT images and a public subset of the clinical data.
Limitations
The TCIA copy is the public imaging release and a limited clinical subset, not every NLST variable. Screening CTs are low-dose and include a large majority of examinations without cancer. Histopathology slides are a separate download. Cite NLST as well as TCIA.
Citation. Yes. Cite the collection DOI on the TCIA page and follow the TCIA Data Usage Policy. Also cite the NLST trial when you use the cohort. Added 18 Oct 2026.

AREAUltrasoundMODUSFORMATvideoNORMALSPartialLICStanford AIMI research use agreement (non-commercial; commercial license sold separately)CHECKED2026-10-18
How to access
Sign in on Redivis, open this dataset, and apply for access. Accept the Stanford research-use terms for this dataset (each dataset is a separate request). Non-commercial research is free. Commercial use needs a separate AIMI license: https://aimi.stanford.edu/datasets-commercial-use DOI https://doi.org/10.57761/cqps-7z09 resolves to this record.
Limitations
Free access is for non-commercial research under a data-use agreement. Do not redistribute the files or the download link. Do not attempt to re-identify anyone. A paid commercial license is a different contract; check the current fee and terms on the AIMI commercial-use page. About half the patients had COVID-19 pneumonia, and about two-thirds of clips were read as having no abnormality. Frames were extracted and resized, so this is not a DICOM ultrasound export. GitHub and Academic Torrents mirrors may not carry the same terms; use the Redivis agreement for the AIMI copy.

AREANeuroMODMRFORMATNIfTINORMALSPartialLICPer dataset, usually CC0 after a 36-month grace period (check source)CHECKED2026-10-18
How to access
Search OpenNeuro and open a dataset. Public versions download without a data-use agreement. Read that dataset’s license, README, and version DOI. New uploads can sit in a grace period before they are public.
Limitations
Almost all current releases are CC0, but the license is per dataset and older uploads varied. These are BIDS NIfTI, not clinical DICOM. Many datasets are small research cohorts. Facial features on structural MRI are supposed to be removed; still do not try to re-identify subjects.
Citation. Yes. Cite the version DOI. A HowToAcknowledge field, when present, is the authors’ requested wording. CC0 itself does not legally require attribution. Added 18 Oct 2026.

Limitations
Normal pancreas anatomy for segmentation, not a tumor set. Confirm whether the label files you need are DICOM or an accompanying analysis format on the current download.

Limitations
Explicitly healthy controls, ages about one month to ten years. Not DICOM. No lesion masks. Demographics are in a TSV. Useful as a normal reference, not as a hemorrhage or fracture dataset.

Limitations
Ages range from 5 days to 16 years. Indications are routine clinical care, so some exams have disease and some do not; labels are organ contours, not diagnoses. Up to 29 structures, but structures outside the scan range are missing. Some series were reformatted to 2 mm and can have edge artifacts. Version 2 corrected skin contours.

Limitations
Men referred for prostate biopsy, so the set includes cancers and benign histology, not asymptomatic screening normals. Ultrasound is targeted biopsy imaging, not a general ultrasound atlas. STL and segmentation side files may accompany DICOM.

Limitations
Kaggle rules: non-commercial, no redistribution to people who have not agreed.
